    An ash rolled cheese from Co. Derry aged for at least four months. The name reflects the fading light as experienced by cheesemaker Julie Hickey at the Sperrins home of this delightful cheese.


    Hampers, if ordered before 11am will be despatched by courier the next working day unless a date in the future has been specified.

    A tracking order will be supplied to allow customers to track their delivery online.

    Delivery is available Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.

    All fresh food is suitably packed incorporating icepacks. Fresh food hampers may only be despatched Mon-Thurs to ensure foodstuffs arrive in peak condition.
