    A five month aged cow’s milk cheese from Sennerei Hoban dairy in Austria. Pressed with the local wildflowers and herbs that the cows graze on , this gives this vibrant cheese of roasted almonds with floral undertones . This looks stunning on any cheese board.

    Aged for 12 months this is a Dutch Gouda made by Italians in Holland . They combine the techniques of making Parmigiano Reggiano with the traditional caramel and nut flavours of Dutch Gouda to create this sumptuous cheese

    Delivery is available Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.

    All fresh food is suitably packed incorporating icepacks. Fresh food hampers may only be despatched Mon-Thurs to ensure foodstuffs arrive in peak condition.
