This Norwegian cheese is truly unique - it looks like a block of fudge and tastes like a cross between caramel and fudge. A dessert-like cheese made to appeal to those with a sweet tooth.

This French alpine cheese is semi hard, mild and sweet. Super when combined with honey, particularly truffled honey, it’s slightly  fruity notes are perfect for that after dinner cheese hit.
