Made in the Sperrins by Julie and Kevin Hickey this alpine style cheese is rind washed in the local craft beer. Rich and malty in flavour.

Young Buck blue 150g

A strong Arcadia connection with this cheese as Michael Thomson worked in Arcadia before developing his award winning mild blue cheese. This raw milk blue is Stilton-like with a rich, lingering flavour. 

Kearney Blue 150g

Named after Co.Down village, its grey blue rind evokes the  stone walls that divide the fields of the area. A smooth and creamy blue.

Made using Macroom whole meal, Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil and topped with Achill island seasalt . A perfect base for cheese.

Eringrove sour cherry & black pepper fruit for cheese 130g
